Deleted Forum

Many of you may have noticed the Entrance Hall has been deleted.

We're not sure how it happened, but it has been fixed. All of the old threads that have been made are back.

We're pleased to be here again for another lovely Christmas.

The term will begin after New Years, and we'll welcome our new students with a wonderful Role Play in the Great Hall.

New Forum

You'll see under the Misc. Forum section, that there is a new forum, Old Character Applications.

That forum shows all of the character applications that were submitted before the down time. The regular Accepted Character App forum is used to show all of the applications that have been accepted since we've been back.

The staff would like to welcome you to another year at Hogwarts. You're probably wondering when we'll be starting classes, getting the plot out, and beginning to Role Play.

Here are some updates,

The plot is currently under development. It's nearly finished. If you would like to contribute any ideas, owl them to Professor Sprout or Professor McGonagall. I can't tell you about the plot, yet, because that would ruin the surprise.

As soon as the plot is made, we're going to change the Character Applications. Every character is going to need to be updated. I know that a lot of you have already put a lot of hard work into your application, but it's worth it, trust us.

Classes will be starting soon. After Christmas, classes will begin. I'm thinking maybe the day after New Years. :)

We are accepting applications for teachers who would like to teach one, or more, of the following,

Muggle Studies
Defense Against the Dark Arts

Items will slowly be changing. A lot of the items either don't make sense, or their poorly designed. Item makers ARE wanted. Item makers will be paid 2,000 Galleons, and 100 House Points for every GOOD item that is made. Before the item is put into the site, it'll be judged by the staff.

To become an item maker, please owl me, or Theodore Nott with at least FIVE samples of items you've made. Keep in mind, they have to be really great to be accepted. Items that are scribbled are not going to be accepted.

Professor Trelawny has unfortunately been fired. She her services were no longer needed. Ravenclaws, you will have a new Head of House shortly.

I'll be starting a recruitment contest soon, also.

There will be a Christmas Ball starting soon. Relax, you don't have to Role Play as a character, if your application hasn't been accepted. Just Role Play with your name, or one you made up.
Using Harry Potter to Role Play with is unacceptable, because chances are, you're not him. Just Role Play as yourself. We'll be monitoring your posts, making sure you're not playing a Distant family member of a character that isn't there.

We'll be having contests and prizes too.

If you haven't noticed, House Points aren't equal. Each time a character application is accepted, house points are awarded.
